Upon arrival, the receptionist was super helpful and nice - they really cared about making our check-in smooth. The place looks really up-to-date and classy. 🌟 In the room, we found all the amenities we needed: the climate control worked perfectly, there was cable TV with tons of on-demand movies, and even a handy microwave oven for quick snacks.

I was pleased with choosing the king room here, as it was modern and recently renovated.

I stayed here for 5 nights and had a good experience. The location was great, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Coca-Cola Field. I really liked being in the downtown area, there were lots of things to do and see around. The breakfast at the restaurant was nice too, I enjoyed it. 🌟

The breakfast was delicious and absolutely superb, with a huge variety of options to choose from. The rooms are a nice size and tastefully decorated, with a very big screen TV and a separate bedroom.

The location is great and easily accessible to the Metro stop. The interior design is unique. It's very close to most music venues in downtown Buffalo, as well as bars and dining establishments.

Friendly staff, driving directions assistance, trolley system advice, courteous breakfast servers, opportunity to meet the Executive Chef, convenient location.

Stayed here for just one night because we were short on time, but it was a pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. Our room had a nice view 🌆 and the food was absolutely delicious.
